All our UK sendings have proof-of-delivery reference numbers, so you’re protected, however you choose to ship.

Outside the UK: Packages are send via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, a service which provides a tracking number with point-to-point tracking. For countries which are not eligible for Tracked and Signed service, items are sent via Royal Mail’s International Signed For service. Both services require a signature on delivery.
